Braillo 300 EmbosserBraillo 300 S2.
The Braillo 300 S2 has the reputation of being the most reliable production Braille embosser available.
Much like it’s predecessor, the award winning Braillo 200, the Braillo 300 S2 Braille embosser is a reliable and dependable embosser for medium to heavy Braille production.  Embossing at 300 CPS (900 pages per hour) using continuous (tractor/Z fold/fanfold) Braille paper, it offers exceptional dot quality and consistency.  Its combination of speed, reliability, durability and quietness are the reasons why it is used across the world by most of the largest Braille production facilities.
Prints both 6 and 8 dot Braille

Braillo 600 EmbosserBraillo 600 Braille Embosser
The Braillo 600  Braille embosser is a larger, faster, more robust counterpart to the popular Braillo 300 S2. At 600 CPS (1,800 pages per hour), it is twice as fast as the Braillo 300 S2 and is specifically built to withstand the heavy stresses of high speed Braille embossing.  Using tractor feed/continuous Braille paper, it is extremely reliable and capable of being used for around the clock Braille production.

Braillo 600 SR embosserBraillo 600 SR Embosser.
The Braillo 600 SR braille embosser meant for large volume Braille production. This Braille embosser is unique, as it uses paper rolls instead of continuous tractor feed paper. Using paper rolls helps to save money on paper expenses and also eliminates the need for a burster and its operator.
Each roll yields roughly 15,000 Braille sheets (30,000 interpoint pages) –After text is brailled, a built-in paper cutter cuts the paper and releases it to the stacker. When the stacker is full (it holds 1000 sheets), a sensor stops the machine so the cut and stacked Braille documents can be removed.
This embosser prints at 1,800 pages-per-hour.

Braillo 650 SF EmbosserBraillo 650 SF Embosser.
The Braillo 650 SF Braille embosser employs a paper cutter for four page-per-sheet (magazine/newspaper) format.  This heavy-duty embosser is ideal for creating both Braille magazines and textbooks – once these sheets are brailled, the machine is able to add a cover, staple and fold it in order to make a complete and finished book. This is the fastest and easiest way to create a complete Braille book or magazine – simply send the document to the embosser and a finished book will come out.  Using paper rolls helps to save money on paper expenses and also eliminates the need for a burster and its operator. Each roll yields roughly 15,000 Braille sheets (30,000 interpoint pages).

Braillo 650 SW Embosser

Braillo 650 SW Embosser.
The Braillo 650 SW Braille Embosser employs a paper cutter for two or four page-per-sheet format, and a conveyor belt engineered to handle large format production. This heavy-duty embosser is ideal for creating both Braille magazines and textbooks – once the brailled documents reach the conveyor belt, they are separated by “signatures” and the user will then remove and fold the sheets into magazine/book format ready for binding.  Using paper rolls helps to save money on paper expenses and also eliminates the need for a burster and its operator. Each roll yields roughly 15,000 Braille sheets (30,000 interpoint pages

Index Braille Box EmbosserIndex Braille Box v5 Embosser.
High production volumes
Braille Box is the best embosser for high volume production of braille, using cut sheet paper. It has the best sheet feeder ever to be used in a braille embosser, high speed and high durability.
Using the latest electronic platforms, injection modeling tools and professional design Index Braille has made it possible to combine high performance and an attractive price.
Previously, good dot quality has always resulted in a high noise level. Now this has changed. Braille Box is the first single sheet Braille embosser that is completely sealed off. This combined with a muffled ventilation gives a surprisingly low noise level. Braille Box can be placed in an office environment, making no more noise than an ink printer.
The basis for making a good single sheet embosser is the sheet feeder. The sheet feeder used in Braille Box is owned by Index Braille and the best ever to be used in a braille embosser. The pick up function has been optimized for quality Braille paper and tested to perfection. The paper tray holds up to 400 sheets of paper.
